Membership information!
To be part of the organization the member must show a copy of the DD 214 granted by the U.S. Department of Defense. The veteran must be residing permanently in the Republic of Panama, and his/her service discharge must have been under OTHER THAN HONORABLE, HONORABLE or GENERAL conditions. Survivors may show the Veterans' DD 214, as well.
Veterans who don't have a copy of the DD 214 may be able to get one at:

Annual Dues!
It's $20, and the period of the membership begins the first day of the month of July and concludes on June 30th of the following year. The membership card of the organization will be issued to all members, and it identifies the bearer as the true holder of the benefits the organization offers.
